These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FaceSwape. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FaceSwape.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use FaceSwape. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use and consent

You may only upload faces that are your own or for which you have explicit permission from the person depicted. You agree not to use FaceSwape to:

• create content depicting a real person without their consent;
• produce sexual, defamatory, harassing, deceptive, or impersonating content;
• depict minors in any inappropriate context;
• violate any law, third-party right, or platform policy where the content is shared.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use it.

4. Content and ownership

You retain ownership of the media you upload and the results you generate. You grant us a limited license to process and store your media solely to provide the service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Whop) on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. AI-generated output

FaceSwape produces AI-generated media. Results may contain inaccuracies or artifacts and are provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing output before sharing it and for clearly disclosing AI-generated content where required.

7. Intellectual property

The FaceSwape name, software, and branding are owned by us and may not be used without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceSwape is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
