FaceSwape ("we", "us", or "our") provides an AI face-swapping service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using FaceSwape, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your basic profile (name, email).
• Media you upload. The photos and videos you submit to generate a face swap, and the resulting output.
• Billing information. Subscription status and payment records. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Whop) — we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage data. Device, browser, approximate location, and product analytics events used to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide the face-swap service, process your uploads, manage your account and subscription, prevent abuse and fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve our product.

3. Your photos and videos

Uploaded media and generated results are processed to deliver your swap and are associated with your account so you can access your results. We do not use your uploaded faces to train face-recognition models. You can request deletion of your media at any time by contacting us. We may retain copies briefly for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance before permanent deletion.

4. Sharing and third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate FaceSwape, including AI processing infrastructure, our payment provider (Whop), and analytics providers. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

5. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law. Uploaded media and results are retained while your account is active or until you delete them.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us from the address associated with your account.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

FaceSwape is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
